Gulmarg, meaning “Meadow of Flowers,” is one of India’s most beautiful hill stations and a world-renowned skiing destination. Located at an altitude of 2,650 meters, Gulmarg offers breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, lush green meadows carpeted with wildflowers in summer, and pristine ski slopes in winter. The Gulmarg Gondola, one of the highest cable cars in the world, takes visitors to Apharwat Peak at 4,200 meters.
